For several years, I have maintained a particular “form” of Discovery motion. However, as I have not taken on any new cases for the past couple of years, and have recently begun taking on new cases, I spent the day re-drafting a form felony Discovery motion using the statutory provisions provided by tne Georgia Code. I have sought to make my form Discovery motion far more thorough than it was before, and I hope it will help clients involved in criminal disputes more.
